9 MSMEs recognized as Regional Productivity Olympics champions in SOCCSKSARGEN
Nine outstanding micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) from SOCCSKSARGEN were awarded as the 2025 Regional Productivity Olympics winners on 16 June 2025 in General Santos City.
The event, organized by the RTWPB-XII, recognized local enterprises that showed exceptional productivity improvement, innovation, and inclusive people-centered practices.
The winners in the agribusiness sector are Diomrie Fruit Food Products Processing for micro category, Sultan Kudarat Coffee Ventures Inc. and PMTZ Care Marketing for small category, and Malungon Dairy Farmers Cooperative for medium category.
In the industry sector, Mamastill, Atbp. and Mr. Snow Food Products OPC won under micro category, and VL Food Products for small category.
Under the service category, Mirasol Dental Center won in the micro category while CCT Ministry Among Tribespeople Inc. in the medium category.
“These enterprises are more than just economic contributors—they are catalysts for growth and transformation in their communities,” said DOLE XII Regional Director Joel M. Gonzales, RTWPB-XII Chairperson. “We commend their efforts to raise the bar of productivity while creating meaningful impact among workers and stakeholders,” he added.
Each enterprise underwent a rigorous evaluation based on business excellence, productivity improvement program, employee engagement and empowerment and gender equality, social inclusion and sustainable development.
Ms. Mechelle Sueno, owner of Umani Cabal Farm Inc., 2023 Productivity Olympics National winner shared an inspiring message to all the participants. “Your journey doesn’t end here—it begins. Winning is just the start of a bigger responsibility to lead, inspire, and uplift others through productivity. Keep striving and keep growing,” said Sueno.
The Productivity Olympics, launched in 2008, is an advocacy program and biennial competition of the NWPC and the RTWPBs to promote productivity and quality and to showcase the best productivity improvement programs and practices of MSMEs nationwide.
The regional winners will represent Region XII and will be endorsed to the NWPC and compete with the winners from other regions. The 2025 Productivity Olympics national winners will be announced in October 2025 in celebration of the productivity month.
