Davao City, Philippines – RTWPB-XI conducted Pasahod and Productivity seminar (Usapang 2Ps) to over 80 workers in Davao region during the Area-Wide Convergence Seminar with the National Conciliation and Mediation Board (NCMB) Regional Board – XI and Employees’ Compensation Commission (ECC) – Regional Extension Unit XI on 28 April 2025.  

The Usapang 2Ps covers various topics on wages and productivity. Ms. Maria Tomasa Tabusares from RTWPB-XI discussed Productivity Based Incentive Schemes (PBIS), and introduced the different programs of RTWPB-XI, while Atty. Sharon Grace Sanoy discussed Wage Order No. RB-XI-23, wage distortion, and remedies to wage distortion.  

Dir. Lampitco of NCMB RB-XI discussed some jurisprudence on labor disputes, due process and the process of administrative investigation, while Mr. Albert Bantan of the ECC-REU XI discussed the Employees Compensation Program 

The Convergence event, with the theme “Stronger Together: Boosting Productivity, Benefits Awareness, and Bridging Harmony in the Workplace” is an annual event of the three government agencies all attached under the Department of Labor and Employment. (Kenneth Paul J. Recaña)
