RTWPB IV-A rolled out a training on “7S of Good Housekeeping: A Tool for Workplace Safety and Productivity” on July 4, 2025, at the Villa Socorro Farm, Agawin Road, Brgy. Dingin, Pagsanjan, Laguna.
Twenty-five micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) engaged in farm tourism, agripreneurship, hospitality, and farm tourism site management in CALABARZON region participated in the training.
Mr. Edgar Avila Jr. of RTWPB IV-A shared insights on the 7S methodology and how it can be effectively applied in their respective businesses.
He encouraged participants to adopt the 7S program as a strategic tool to enhance operational efficiency, boost customer satisfaction, and promote employee well-being.
Ms. Maan Sicam, CEO of Happy Helpers, shared practical cleaning methodologies and systems that MSMEs can adopt to maintain cleanliness and order on a daily basis.
Participants actively engaged in discussions and action planning, identifying strategies to implement the 7S principles within their enterprises.
Mr. Raymund Vincent Aaron, Director of Villa Socorro Farm, expressed his full support for the 7S training program, emphasizing the value of such initiatives in strengthening workplace practices.

7S of Good Housekeeping introduces MSMEs to a workplace organization method consisting of different approaches to maintain a tidy, clutter-free work area that fosters efficiency and improves productivity.
