RTWPB-I facilitated productivity training on Better Mental Health, Better Productivity and ISTIV in San Fernando City, La Union on July 18, 2025.
Seventeen participants attended the training face-to-face while 29 participants joined thru Zoom.
Atty. Judi Khenn Faustino-Mojica of RTWPB-I discussed reasons why a healthy workforce is a productive workforce.
“When we support and value our employees, they will perform at their best,” Atty. Faustino-Mojica said.
Ms. Fredilyn Alag, meanwhile, reminded participants to minimize personal downtime and not to enable the practice of Filipino time.
“Your future is created by what you do today,” Ms. Alag said, citing Robert Kiyosaki’s principle.
The “Better Mental Health, Better Productivity” provides a concise insight into the basics of mental health and its importance in the workplace. It provides employees and employers with a better understanding of common mental health risks and strategies for handling them.
Meanwhile, the “ISTIV”-Productivity Awareness Program provides a values-driven human resource intervention for quality and productivity improvement by developing five key attributes in employees: (I)ndustrious, (S)ystematic, (T)ime-conscious, (I)nnovative, and a strong (V)alue for Work.
