RTWPB-MIMAROPA wraps up online training series

RTWPB-MIMAROPA conducted a three-part online training series on June 10-11 and 13, 2025, designed to strengthen enterprise productivity, improve workplace efficiency, and enhance employee engagement across the region. 

The training series tackled trainings under the NWPC-RTWPB Productivity Toolbox, which offers     learning     and development through training interventions designed to support MSMEs in adopting systems and technology to improve productivity. 

The Social Media Marketing training on June 10 was attended by 45 participants while 27 participants joined the training on the 7S of Good Housekeeping the next day. Twenty-one participants attended the session on Improving Productivity Through Employee Engagement held on June 13.  

The trainings were facilitated by Mr. John Christopher T. Gunday, Ms. Louie Marilyn E. Del Mundo, and Atty. Ser Michael Lancelot P. Gamboa, respectively.  

Participants developed action plans promoting practical application of the tools and strategies discussed. 

Social Media Marketing explains the concepts of social media and social media marketing and guides the participants on how to create a social media plan. 

7S of Good Housekeeping introduces a workplace organization method consisting of different approaches to maintain a tidy, clutter-free work area that fosters efficiency and improves productivity. 

Improving Productivity Through Employee Engagement focuses on helping MSMEs recognize the value of actively involving their employees and offers practical techniques for implementing effective engagement activities to boost overall productivity. (Grace Lyn C. Pantaleon)
