RTWPB-MIMAROPA conducts productivity training for TV network staff

August 28, 2025

RTWPB–MIMAROPA conducted a back-to-back training on Productivity 101 and Work Ethics of a Productive Worker for an Oriental Mindoro-based television network on August 4-5, 2025.

Forty-three employees from all eight branches of Tamaraw Vision Network, Inc. (TVNet) participated in the two-day training facilitated by RTWPB-MIMAROPA Board Secretary VI Atty. Grace Lyn C. Pantaleon and Attorney IV Atty. Ser Michael Lancelot P. Gamboa.

The training, conducted upon the request of TVNet management, tackled practical knowledge on productivity concepts, measures, tools, and improvement techniques as well as core work values such as industriousness, systematic work habits, time consciousness, innovation, and a strong value for work.

With TVNet’s wide media coverage in the province, the activity also presents future possibilities for amplifying public awareness on wages and productivity initiatives in the locality.

RTWPB-MIMAROPA Board Secretary Pantaleon stated that by investing in workers as partners in enterprise growth and upholding strong workplace values, RTWPB-MIMAROPA enhances productivity, boosts competitiveness, and fosters inclusive growth.

“It empowers both enterprises and workers through capacity-building programs, firm-level consultations, and productivity-based incentive schemes, building a stronger and more resilient MIMAROPA economy,” Board Secretary Pantaleon said.

Productivity 101 provides a basic orientation on productivity concepts, measures, tools and techniques.

Work Ethics of a Productive Worker readies the jobseekers to embody different productive values and prepares them with the necessary skills and attitude to effectively blend into their potential company culture. (Ser Michael Lancelot P. Gamboa)
