RTWPB-I has been recognized by the Government Financial Management Innovators Circle (GFMIC), Inc. For its outstanding enhanced electronic New Government Accounting System (eNGAS) and electronic Budget (eBudget) System User Entity.  

This award highlights the RTWPB-I’s commitment to efficiency, innovation, transparency and accountability in financial management.  

RTWPB-I will receive the award during the 16th Annual National Convention and 2025 Membership Conference of the Government Financial Management Innovators Circle (GFMIC), Inc. on September 23-26,2025 at the Bohol Tropics Resort, Tagbilaran City, Bohol. 

RTWBP-I Board Secretary VI, Atty. Romina E. Boado-Cabrillos, Accountant designate, Ms. Virginia Imelda M. Salvador, and Budget Officer designate, Ms. Kathleen Agnes M. Mallare will attend the awarding ceremony. 

The GFMIC Inc., an organization of government financial management professionals and enthusiasts commended the Board for its firm resolve in implementing the enhanced eNGAS, demonstrating commitment to financial transparency, modernizing financial processes and timely submission of financial statements. 

The eNGAS is a software tool designed to simplify government accounting processes and ensure conformity with international accounting standards. Meanwhile, the eBudget System, records and keeps track of budget-related transactions in order to facilitate monitoring of financial status and balances. (Judi Khenn C. Faustino-Mojica)
