The RTWPB-I organized and conducted an ISTIV values training session to strengthen the business values and practices of local entrepreneurs in the region on 11 September 2025 in San Fernando, La Union.  

The training was attended by 38 participants. Atty. Judi Khenn Faustino-Mojica, Atty IV of RTWPB, discussed the five key attributes in employees: Industrious, Systematic, Time-Conscious, Innovative, and a Strong Value for Work. In her discussion, she also emphasized the role of the top management and stated that, “In order to convince their employees to be ISTIV, they should demonstrate ISTIV first.”

She ended the training with a statement, “An organization with a productivity culture, continues to seek improvement.” (Judi Khenn C. Faustino-Mojica)
