Parańaque City, Metro Manila — The 2025 Productivity Olympics National Judging Panel (NJP) Selection of National Winners was successfully conducted last August 27, 2025, at Kingsford Hotel, Parañaque City, bringing together 30 of the country’s most outstanding micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) recognized for their productivity and innovation.

Representing the Bicol Region were three distinguished national finalists who delivered strong presentations of their enterprises as they vied for the coveted national titles: Muravah Foundation, Inc. (Agribusiness – Medium Category) represented by Operations Manager Lorelyn Bañas; Camote Creations Farmers and Entrepreneurs Multi-purpose Cooperative (Industry – Medium Category) represented by Chairman Mr. Nolan Belaro; and Chef Connie’s Café and Resto and Catering Services (Service – Small Category) represented by owner Ms. Concepcion Condeno.

“Reaching the national finals is already an honor for us. It proves that our efforts in agribusiness productivity are being recognized at a higher level,” says Ms. Bañas of Muravah Foundation, Inc.

For Mr. Belaro of Camote Creations, the experience was both inspiring and motivating. “We presented not just our cooperative, but the hard work of farmers who have embraced productivity practices to uplift their livelihoods,” he shared.

Meanwhile, Ms. Condeno of Chef Connie’s Café expressed gratitude for the opportunity. “This competition allowed us to showcase how small enterprises like ours can make a big impact through quality service and innovation,” she said.

The national winners will be officially announced and awarded on October 1, 2025.

The Productivity Olympics, spearheaded by the National Wages and Productivity Commission (NWPC) and the Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Boards (RTWPBs), serves as the country’s premier biennial competition highlighting enterprises that champion productivity, innovation, green practices, and employee welfare.
