Six Productivity Olympics winners from the Bicol Region proudly represented the region in the Digital Transformation Training for MSMEs organized through the partnership of the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), National Wages and Productivity Commission (NWPC), and the Asian Institute of Management (AIM) last September 15–19, 2025 in Makati City.
Each establishment was granted two training slots, bringing a total of 12 participants from Bicol to the five-day program. The training aimed to equip micro, small, and medium enterprises with the knowledge and tools to harness digital solutions, streamline business operations, and enhance competitiveness in today’s evolving market landscape.
RTWPB V Board Secretary Francia N. Ocmer expressed her support for the Bicol delegation, saying:

Meanwhile, Ms. Shayene Rivera of Prime Seller Marketing, the 2023 Productivity Olympics National Winner, expressed her gratitude for the opportunity, saying:
