RTWPB-XI, DOLE-XI, participate at DOLE-AIM Baseline Assessment on Digital Transformation

Davao City, Philippines – Representatives from RTWPB-XI and DOLE XI participated in the Baseline Assessment on Digital Transformation for Program Managers and Implementers, a three-day capacity building training, held from 26 to 28 August, 2025, at the Asian Institute of Management (AIM) Campus in Makati City.

The program, which is a culmination of collaborative efforts between the National Wages and Productivity Commission and the Asian Institute of Management, aims to equip DOLE and RTWPB staff with the right knowledge and skills to aid micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in their journey toward digital transformation. The upskilling will also enable DOLE and RTWPB staff to more efficiently mentor DOLE Adjustment Measures Program (AMP) applicants.

Over the three days, the esteemed faculty of AIM provided inputs about different topics that help participants guide MSMEs towards digital transformation. The first half of the program focused on understanding digital transformation and cybersecurity measures. The second half focused on project management techniques, results-based monitoring and evaluation, and effective mentoring strategies.

RTWPB-XI Attorney IV Sharon Grace S. Sanoy and Labor and Employment Officer III Kenneth Paul J. Recaña participated in this activity.

DOLE Davao Del Sur Field Office Provincial Head Leo Ariel A. Pepino, DOLE-XI Senior Labor and Employment Officer Melanie R. Jadulang and DOLE-XI Labor and Employment Officer III Melanie R. Bonita also attended the event.
