Education Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job
Experience Two (2) years of relevant experience
Training Eight (8) hours of relevant training

    1. Data consolidation and report generation
Key Duties, Responsibilities and Authorities:
  1. Conducts data processing, monitoring and evaluation to ascertain specific output requirements;
  2. Assesses/recommends feasibility and cost of using automation data processing systems and related application systems necessary in the implementation of agency’s programs and projects;
  3. Examines input data available, determine modification required as regards standardization and proper workflow sequences needed in the application systems;
  4. Conducts practical trials to verify suitability of systems and makes necessary modifications;
  5. Prepares systems documentation and operating/procedural manuals; and
  6. Performs other functions as may be assigned.

  3. Hard copy or electronic copy of Performance rating in the last rating period (if applicable);
  4. Certificate of Employment (specifying duties and responsibilities performed);
  5. Hard copy or electronic copy of proof of trainings attended;
  6. Hard copy or electronic copy of proof of eligibility/rating/license; and
  7. Hard copy or electronic copy of Transcript of Records.
