RTWPB-I joined the DOLE-La Union Field Office during its Technical Advisory Visit (TAV) on September 18, 2025, at the CSI Mall Atrium, San Fernando City. 

RTWPB-I Board Secretary Atty. Romina Boado-Cabrillos, Atty. Judi Khenn Faustino-Mojica, and Ms. Sarah Marie Michelle Villamil participated in the event. 

Ms. Villamil conducted an orientation for MSMEs, highlighting RTWPB-I’s mandate, mission, vision, and organizational structure. She also showcased the NWPC Productivity Toolbox to encourage MSMEs to adopt training interventions and productivity-based incentive schemes. 

Ms. Villamil also invited business owners and workers to take part in the upcoming public hearing and consultation on minimum wage determination on September 23 and 25, 2025. 

The TAV aims to provide technical guidance and advice to MSMEs on labor laws, ensuring workers’ rights, health, and security. It is a proactive approach to help businesses understand and comply with labor regulations.
