RTWPB-X and DOLE-X facilitate DOLE-AMP assistance for local enterprises

The RTWPB-X, in coordination with the Department of Labor and Employment Regional Office No. X (DOLE-X), facilitated the awarding of the DOLE Adjustment Measures Program (AMP) assistance to two Northern Mindanao enterprises on October 8, 2025 in Cagayan de Oro City.

The recipients of the financial grants were Alomahs Agri-Ventures, Inc., which received assistance amounting to ₱382,077, and Fernie-J Advertising Company, Inc., which received ₱998,910. The grants received are under the Product Development and Innovation Measures – Business Enhancement and Adaptation component of DOLE-AMP.

The grants aim to support the enterprises in developing innovative products, enhancing business resilience, and promoting productivity and competitiveness amidst evolving market challenges. Both recipients were regional winners of the Productivity Olympics.

The awarding ceremony was attended by representatives from the beneficiary companies, and RTWPB-X and DOLE-X officials.

DOLE-X Regional Director and RTWPB-X Chairperson Atty. Joffrey M. Suyao expressed his appreciation to the beneficiary companies for their commitment to innovation and productivity improvement.

“Through this assistance, we reaffirm our dedication to helping local enterprises grow and adapt to the changing business landscape. We hope that this support will empower your organizations to further contribute to local employment generation and regional development,” said Atty. Suyao.

“Innovation is key to sustainability, and DOLE will continue to partner with enterprises that champion productivity, creativity, and inclusive growth,” he added.

The AMP grants underscore DOLE’s continuing efforts to strengthen micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) by fostering innovation and resilience, aligning with the Department’s mission to advance decent and sustainable employment in the region. (Bernie Boy T. Salinas)
