The Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board-XI (RTWPB-XI) facilitated a training session on the 7S of Good Housekeeping for over 20 personnel of the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) – Davao City Field Office on October 20, 2025, in Davao City.

The 7S of Good Housekeeping is one of the basic training programs under the Productivity Toolbox which introduces a workplace organization method consisting of different approaches to maintain a tidy, clutter-free work area that fosters efficiency and improves productivity.

The session was led by Mr. Kenneth Paul Recaña and Ms. Xena Blanch Rudi of RTWPB-XI. Participants actively engaged in the discussions, reflecting on their current practices and recognizing areas for improvement.

Ms. Jocelyn Flordelis, Senior Labor and Employment Officer and Administrative Officer of the DOLE Region XI Davao City Field Office, expressed her appreciation to RTWPB-XI for the timely refresher on the principles of 7s. She hopes that starting with this 7S seminar, the Davao City Field Office can develop a culture that prioritizes work efficiency, cleanliness, and safety. (Kenneth Paul Recaña)
