Bachelor’s degree

Key Duties, Responsibilities and Authorities:
  1. Assists in planning the design and development of productivity training programs;
  2. Develops training program designs;
  3. Assists in the development of training materials;
  4. Assists in the supervision of training program pilot-testing and conduct of Training of Trainers for the regional boards (RBs) on the use/delivery of productivity training programs;
  5. Acts as resource person on productivity training programs;
  6. Assists in the provision of technical assistance to the RBs in the delivery of training programs;
  7. Assists in the crafting of guidelines on the use/delivery of training programs;
  8. Assists in the review of RBs training evaluation program;
  9. Assists in the general supervision of all training activities of the Division;
  10. Acts for and in behalf of the Division Chief during the latter’s absence in the supervision of the division area of operations

  5. Hard copy or electronic copy of proof of trainings attended;
  6. Hard copy or electronic copy of proof of eligibility/rating/license; and
  7. Hard copy or electronic copy of Transcript of Records.
