RTWPB XII Conducts AMP Orientation for MSMEs in Region XII

November 24, 2025

City of Koronadal — The RTWPB-XII, in collaboration with the DOLE-Region XII, conducted an orientation on the Adjustment Measures Program (AMP) for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the region on November 13, 2025 in Koronadal City.

The activity aimed to enhance MSMEs’ understanding of the AMP, a government initiative designed to help enterprises and workers cope with economic adjustments while maintaining stable business operations. A total of 14 MSMEs from various sectors across SOCCSKSARGEN attended the session.

Serving as the resource speaker, Ms. Charlene Frances L. Hallegado, Labor and Employment Officer III of DOLE XII, discussed the program’s objectives, coverage, and application requirements.

“The AMP provides critical support to enterprises facing economic challenges,” said Ms. Hallegado. “Through this initiative, DOLE helps preserve employment and ensure that businesses remain productive and resilient,” she added.

Ms. Hallegado also encouraged MSMEs to maximize the program’s benefits, emphasizing the importance of early awareness and engagement for effective business recovery.

The orientation forms part of RTWPB-XII’s continuing advocacy to empower MSMEs by linking them to productivity enhancement initiatives and DOLE support programs such as the AMP. Through these efforts, RTWPB-XII helps enterprises access government assistance that promotes business continuity, job retention, and sustainable growth in the region. [Randy Oliver Legada]
