Davao City – More than thirty (30) participants attended the 7S of Good Housekeeping training and Productivity-Based Incentive Scheme (PBIS) Orientation facilitated by RTWPB-XI last 21 January 2026.
The session started with an introduction to the agency and an orientation about Productivity-Based Incentive Schemes (PBIS) by Atty. Sharon Grace S. Sanoy.
RTWPB-XI trainers Mr. Kenneth Paul J. Recaña and Xena Blanch D. Rudi discussed the 7S of Good Housekeeping module, where participants were very attentive throughout the session and engaged with the facilitators by asking relevant questions.
The training ended with an action planning session where the facilitators guided the participants on devising various programs to apply the 7S of Good Housekeeping in the context of their organization.
Ms. Gemma Deriada, consultant of Pasol Mo, Luto Ko at Lindo’s Farm, appreciated the training and excellent service given by RTWPB-XI. Many participants hoped for future trainings from the agency.
The 7S of Good Housekeeping is one of the basic training programs of the RTWPB, which introduces a workplace organization method consisting of different approaches to maintain a tidy, clutter-free work area that fosters efficiency and improves productivity. (Kenneth Paul J. Recaña)
