RTWPB-CAR conducts Usapang 2Ps in Tabuk City

RTWPB-CAR successfully conducted an Usapang 2Ps: Pasahod at Productivity orientation in Tabuk City, Kalinganon on January 21, 2026.

The event gathered micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) owners, and private sector employees.

The first session centered on the Two-Tiered Wage System. Atty. Myrene A. Bosleng, Board Secretary VI, provided a detailed orientation on Wage Order Nos. CAR-24 and CAR-DW-07, clarifying the latest mandated minimum wage rates and addressing critical concerns regarding Wage Distortion. This was followed by a presentation from Mr. Albert B. Bambico on the Productivity-Based Incentive Scheme, which outlined performance-linked compensation strategies under the system’s second tier.

The second part of the forum transitioned to Productivity Training led by Ms. Jo-Ann M. Borja. Her session, Better Mental Health for Better Productivity, emphasized the vital connection between psychological well-being and workplace efficiency, offering practical approaches to enhance both.

The seminar underscored the RTWPB-CAR’s integrated approach to fostering a balanced, productive, and equitable work environment across the region. (Albert M. Palma)
