RTWPB-NCR, VCTIPC set plans in steering committee meeting

February 4, 2026

RTWPB-NCR participated in the Valenzuela City Tripartite Industrial Peace Council (VCTIPC) Expanded Steering Committee Meeting on 23 January 2026 at Valenzuela City.

Marking the first steering committee meeting for the year, the session focused on the preparation of the Calendar of Activities for January to June 2026.

This multi-sectoral partnership seeks to institutionalize mechanisms for dialogue and cooperation among government, workers, and employers; promote compliance with labor standards and occupational safety and health; and encourage productivity-enhancing programs at the enterprise level.

Through these coordinated efforts, the partners aim to sustain industrial harmony, prevent labor disputes, and foster a stable and productive business environment in Valenzuela City.

The activity also forms part of the continuing collaboration among the Valenzuela City Government, through the VCTIPC, led by Councilor Ramon L. Encarnacion and the Public Employment Service Office (PESO) led by Ms. Josephine Osea, and DOLE offices, including DOLE CAMANAVA, RCMB-Manila, OSHC, and RTWPB-NCR.

Representing RTWPB-NCR was Atty. Queen Therese D. Espinas, newly designated OIC-Board Secretary VI, alongside Atty. Joel P. Petaca, the new CAMANAVA Field Director.

The meeting also received support from Congressman Kenneth Gatchalian, who expressed his support for the initiatives of the VCTIPC. (Atty. Queen Therese D. Espinas)
