Productivity Olympics Orientation and Training held for MSMEs in Baguio and Benguet

The RTWPB-Cordillera Administrative Region successfully conducted an orientation and training session for selected Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) on February 6, 2026, at the Fortune Hotel on Otek St., Baguio City.

The event, formally acknowledged by Atty. Carolina G. Lim-Gamban, aimed to boost workplace efficiency and innovation.

It featured two key segments. The Productivity Training on Employee Engagement led by Board Secretary Atty. Myrene A. Bosleng focused on strategies to enhance staff involvement and motivation.

Meanwhile, the Orientation on the Productivity Olympics, facilitated by Labor and Employment Officer Ms. Marilyn G. Tul-O, detailed the mechanics and benefits of the regional competition that recognizes outstanding productivity improvement programs.

The session provided the local MSMEs with essential knowledge and tools to improve their operational productivity and prepare for the upcoming Productivity Olympics.
