Proceeding from the remote follow-up audit held last June 25, 2020, the auditors from TUVRheinland conducted an on-site audit of concerned Process Owners in the Central Office and RTWPBs NCR and IVA on August 20, 2020.

The Regional Boards were audited for the following processes: application for exemption, training and technical assistance, information dissemination and issuance of wage orders and advisories.

On the other hand, the auditors evaluated the Central Office’s processes on annual planning performance review, appeals resolution management, policy formulation, training design and development, ICT corrective maintenance and IEC materials management.

Having found no non-conformities, NWPC’s continued certification for ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Standard was maintained.
