DOLE Secretary Silvestre H. Bello III approved the Implementing Rules for Wage Orders No. RBIII-21 and RBXI-20 which were published in leading newspapers in the respective regions. The said rules were issued to ensure proper implementation of its corresponding Wage Orders.

Rules Implementing Wage Order No. RBIII-21 was published on August 31, 2018 in Sunstar Pampanga, reiterating the new minimum wage rates ranging from P 312 to P400 .

Meanwhile, Rules Implementing Wage Order No. RBXI-20 was published on August 31, 2018 in Sunstar Davao, highlighting that the P56 basic wage increase shall be given in two tranches: P30.00 on August 16, 2018 and P26.00 on February 16, 2019.
