RTWPB-XII Board Secretary Jessie M. dela Cruz conducted a half-day learning session on wage and wage-related issuances on July 2, 2018 at Villa Amor Hotel in Kidapawan City, Cotabato.

Topics discussed during the session were the rules and procedures of minimum wage fixing, the latest wage order, rules on exemption, and wage distortion. This activity is part of the Board’s assistance in ensuring compliance with the applicable minimum wage in the region, the Board having issued a new Wage Order on April 13, 2018.
