The NWPC participated in the11th Regional Convention on Labor Management Cooperation (LMC) of the Southern Tagalog Region Labor Management Cooperation Association Inc. on July 20, 2018 at the Chateau Royale Hotel Resort and Spa in Nasugbu, Batangas.

With the theme “Revitalization and Expansion of LMC: Sustainable Growth and Industrial Peace,” the event which was in coordination with the Regional Conciliation and Mediation Board Branch IV-A focused on the significant role of labor management cooperation in achieving sustainable economic growth.

Director Elvira P. Jota of Technical Services Department and Julie C. Llorente, served as resource persons on the topic “Work-Life Balance Leading to Productivity.” The topic focused on the strong link between work-life balance and productivity, noting how positive mindset and behavior could improve work performance.
