The NWPC met with visiting Chinese and Indonesian delegates on a study visit to learn about the country’s labor policies including minimum wage and productivity policies at the DOLE Conference Room on May 7 and 10, 2018.

Leading the DOLE team were Undersecretary Cayetano A. Arellano and Undersecretary Ciriaco A. Lagunzad III who officially welcomed the delegates and led the discussion.

The Chinese delegation was composed of representatives from China Fortune Land Development Co., Ltd (CFLD) and China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Machinery and Electronic Products (CCCME) while the Indonesian delegates were from the Ministry of Manpower and private sector members of its wage committees.
