Atty. Jamie-lyn D. Jamias, Director II of Policy and Research Service, discussed the impact of TRAIN Law on minimum wage earners in a forum organized by the University of the Philippines Baguio – Economics Society during the 5th Academic Convention in Economics. The activity was held at the Citylight Hotel, Gen. Luna Road, Baguio City on April 14, 2018.
With the theme “Where is the TRAIN Headed: An Inquiry on its Projections and Mechanisms,” the activity oriented the participants on the salient features of the law and its impact on workers and the economy as a whole.
