The Development Academy of the Philippines held its 1st consultation meeting in developing Service Quality standards for frontline government services at the DAP – Pasig on April 24, 2018 with Ms. Lourdes M. Secillano, Chief of the Planning and Information Division as NWPC’s representative.
Canadian Professor D. Brian Marson of the Institute for Citizen-Centered Service identified some of the minimum service qualities applicable to government frontline services, such as timeliness, delivery of quality outcome, accuracy of knowledge imparted to clients, fair treatment of service delivery, courtesy/ extra mile, and ease of access.
