NWPC Executive Director Maria Criselda R. Sy and NCMB Executive Director Shirley M. Pascual signed a memorandum of agreement on the continuing convergence program on workplace cooperation for productivity improvement and gainsharing at the NCMB central office on March 7, 2018.

The program aims to strengthen LMCs by building their capacities in the formulation and implementation of productivity or performance based incentive schemes.
