In response to the growing demand of MSMEs for training on basic business processes, e-learning modules were developed and uploaded by the NWPC to the DOLE-LGLC Learning System to enhance training accessibility. The new e-learning modules include: 1) 5Rs of Waste Management, 2) Bookkeeping for Micro Enterprises, and 3) Stock Control for Productivity Improvement.

The 5Rs of Waste Management module teaches enterprises the proper disposal of wastes to protect the environment. Bookkeeping for Micro Enterprises demonstrates the proper recording of financial transactions while Stock Control for Productivity Improvement teaches enterprises to manage and maintain the correct level of stocks to meet customers demand while keeping the costs of holding stock to a minimum.
