The NWPC’s Financial and Management Division (FMD) conducted the 2018 Financial Reports Preparation using Enhanced e-NGAS Reporting System and e-Budget for the FMD staff and accountants and regional boards’ budget designates. The activity was held on January 23 to 25, 2019 at the Armada Hotel, Malate, Manila.

Ms. Thelma F. Panganiban and Ms. Narcisa S. dela Rosa from the Commission on Audit presented updates and issues on the enhanced e-NGAS and e-Budget. Meanwhile, Mr. Carlo Castro, Officer-in-Charge of Department of Budget and Management’s Bureau B updated the participants on DBM rules and regulations while Ms. Ma. Karizza A. Cabildo, Mr. Lev Justin E. Saclayan, and Ms. Shekinah Osorio updated the participants on COA rules and regulations.

FMD Chief Ms. Editha M. Saus presented the 2019 NWPC and RTWPB budget as well as the recent COA and DBM issuances, while Director Alvin B. Curada oriented the participants on procurement rules and guidelines.
