Participants from 28 from hotels, restaurants, travel agencies, health and wellness establishments, medical institutions, and educational services attended the Service Quality training conducted by RTWPB NCR at the NWPC Conference Room on February 7, 2019.
The training aimed to enhance the employers and workers’ knowledge on service quality and skills in providing error-free service. The training provided the participants the opportunity to share their experiences and best practices in providing quality service to their clients.
