With the declaration of quarantines and lockdowns and in view of the health protocols in place, the Commission issued the Guidelines on the Conduct of Tele or Videoconference during Commission Meetings, shifting the conduct of meetings to a virtual platform via zoom.
Commission meetings were held on June 4, 11, and 25, to discuss the Wage Orders and IRRs of RTWPB V, a query on the Two-Tiered Wage System from RTWPB-IX, the 2020 National Productivity Webinar, supervening conditions and the continuing review of the current rules on minimum wage fixing and on exemption.
