On September 22, 2021, RTWPB XI conducted a webinar on Business Continuity and Resiliency Planning.

The webinar aims to help enterprises, particularly the small enterprises, understand and manage disruptions and resume business operations in the context of the next normal. RTWPB XI taught MSMEs how to develop business and resiliency plans that would facilitate recovery and resumption of business operations while ensuring the safety and welfare of the workers.
