NWPC, through the Training and Technical Services Division (TTSD), conducted an online Training of Trainers (TOT) for the staff and field officers of the Ministry of Labor and Employment – Bangsamoro Tripartite Wage and Productivity Board (MOLE-BTWPB). It was held on July 11-15, 2022.

On July 11-12, 2022, the participants were taught the modules on Bookkeeping, Stock Control and Green Productivity, followed by Produktibong Kasambahay, Kaagapay sa Pamumuhay and Improving Productivity through Social Media Marketing on July 12.

On July 13-14, 2022, the Team presented the Work-Life Balance module followed by modules on ISTIV Values for Smarter and Productive Workforce and An Approach to Productive Career Choice.

On the last day, on July 15, officers from the Wage Policy and Research Division (WPRD), provided an orientation on Productivity Based Incentive Schemes.
