2024 ANNUAL ESTABLISHMENT REPORT ON WAGES
To submit the AERW report, kindly follow the steps below:
- Access the DOLE Online Compliance Portal (DOLE-OCP) through https://reports.dole.gov.ph/
- Click Sign Up [for new registrants]
- Click Login (for those with existing DOLE OCP account)
- Register your establishment
- Select AERW widget at the topmost area of the display screen

All private establishments (sole proprietorship, partnership, corporations, cooperatives, including government-owned and controlled corporations without original charter or those organized under the Corporation Code of the Philippines) are required to submit the 2024 AERW report.
Each branch of an establishment is required to submit their individual reports
Failure to submit shall result to non-compliance under Article 124 of the Labor Code, as amended.
The main coverage of the 2024 AERW report are the details of the establishments’ labor
component and their corresponding salaries and wages as of 31 December 2024, such as:
✓ Establishment’s profile (general information, address, contact information, main economic activity)
✓ Employment data (number of regular employees, learners and apprentices)
✓ Employees by basis of payment (number of hourly/daily/monthly paid employees; number of employees with regularly paid cash allowances), and amount of wages/salary and allowances received.
For 2024 reporting year, submission of report must be made within 17 March 2025 to 30 June 2025.
Yes. An Excel template is downloadable from the AERW module. After completing the required information, save the Excel file as CSV (comma delimited) (.csv). Take note that the system does not accept other document formats.

No. Report per establishment can only be submitted once. Ensure all details are correct before submission.
Resubmission is not allowed.
An email will be sent to the establishment and the respondent’s given email addresses confirming the successful submission of the 2024 AERW report.
The said email shall serve and may be printed and presented as proof of compliance to the requirement of Article 124 of the Labor Code, as amended by Republic Act No. 6727 or the Wage Rationalization Act, during inspection by the Department of Labor and Employment.
Yes. All the information/data collected shall be kept strictly private and confidential. It shall be handled and processed in accordance with the provisions of Republic Act No. 10173 or the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
