RTWPB-XI public hearing on minimum wage determination slated February 13

RTWPB-XI will conduct a public hearing for possible minimum wage adjustments in Davao Region on 13 February 2026. Under Republic Act No. 6727, or the Wage Rationalization Act of 1989, Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Boards are mandated to conduct public hearings as part of the wage determination process. The public hearing will be done simultaneously on-site and online. RTWPB-NCR wage order for kasambahays to take effect on February 07

Domestic workers in the National Capital Region (NCR) are expected to receive a wage increase effective 07 February 2026, following the issuance and publication of Wage Order No. NCR-DW-06 on 21 January 2026. The wage order increases the monthly minimum wage for domestic workers by P800, raising it from P7,000 to P7,800. RTWPB-VII resolves applications for wage order exemptions

RTWPB-VII has formally resolved on January 12, 2026 all the applications seeking exemption from Wage Order No. ROVII-26 implementing a daily wage increase of P33 to P47 across the region.   A total of ten (10) applications have been declared duly filed, one of which was a deadline-beater and was filed last December 2, 2025, the last day for the application. Pursuant to NWPC Guidelines No. 3 series of 2020, the board has 45 days to act on the applications, the last application being due for resolution on January 16, 2026.  Among the 10 applicants, seven (7) were granted exemption, two (2) were withdrawn and...
