RTWPB-X PARTICIPATES IN SOBA

RTWPB-X conducted an information campaign on Wage Order No. RBX-DW-01 for domestic workers in the region during the State of the Barangay Address (SOBA) attended by barangays officials and residents of Cagayan de Oro City. The region’s new wage order for domestic workers set the monthly minimum wage at P3,000 in chartered cities and first class municipalities and at P2,000 in the rest of the region starting December 6, 2017.

IRR OF WAGE ORDER RBX DW-01 APPROVED

DOLE Secretary Silvestre H. Bello approved the Implementing Rules and Regulation of Wage Order No. RBX DW-01 on December 12, 2017. The IRR includes provisions on the new monthly minimum wage rates for domestic workers, and mode and frequency of payment of wages, among others. Wage Order No. RBX DW-01, which took effect on December 6, 2017, set the monthly minimum wage at P3,000 for domestic workers in chartered cities and first class municipalities; and P 2,000 for other municipalities. RTWPB X PARTICIPATES IN SME ENTREPRENEURIAL DEVELOPMENT

On January 12, 2018, RTWPB X conducted an orientation on the Productivity Toolbox and its advisory on productivity based incentive schemes during the SME Entrepreneurial Development Seminar attended by potential entrepreneurs and LGU representatives from the province of Misamis Oriental. The event was organized in coordination with the PESO Office of the Provincial Government of Misamis Oriental and DTI-X Negosyo Center.

RTWPB-X staff and partners conducted their GAD program and team building exercises on December 01-02, 2020 at the C-Resort, Libertad, Misamis Oriental. Ms. Cecilia Cabusas facilitated the team building exercises while Ms. Junaliza Aragon of NCMB-X facilitated a learning session on “Positive Work Attitude”.
