Over 200 workers underwent comprehensive training on productivity and wages during the Capacity Development Training and Learning Sessions for Workers in the Informal Sector held at Cauayan City, Isabela on May 29, 2025. RTWPB-II joined the National Conciliation Mediation Board Regional Office II (NCMB RO II) in the conduct of an area-wide Labor Management Convergence (LMC) Program on March 9, 2017 at the Mango Suites Hotel, Santiago City, Isabela. RTWPB II conducted Visual Merchandising training for the retail sector at Japi Travellers Hotel, Sillawit East, Cauayan City, Isabela on January 31, 2018 for 39 companies. During the training, Ms. Jamaica Duque of Motorline Trading Inc. (2017 Productivity Olympics National Winner) shared their company’s productivity journey to inspire and motivate other companies to start their own productivity programs.

To promote error-free service among tourism establishments in Northern Cagayan Valley, RTWPB-II conducted a Service Quality training on April 20, 2018 at Masisit Dacal Coop Training Center & Beach Resort, Sanchez Mira, Cagayan. Various representatives from hotels, restaurants, lodging houses, resorts and floating cottages participated in the one-day activity with Ms. Fely Jean A. Pacris of Masisit Dacal Cooperative, national winner of 2015 Productivity Olympics as guest speaker.
