RTWPB-Caraga conducted a series of Service Quality training to Wing – On Incorporated and its sister companies from February to March 2018 in Langihan, Butuan City. More than 300 workers from its different departments and units participated in the training with the goal of enhancing workforce knowledge and skills in providing “error-free” service to its clients. Topics during the training included basic concepts and principles of service quality, approaches in creating “error free” service, error recovery, communication, and teamwork for quality service.

RTWPB Caraga in coordination with DOLE Agusan del Norte and Surigao del Norte conducted an orientation on the Productivity Toolbox, wage-related statistics, and performance incentive schemes to 170 MSMEs on March 26, 2018 at Alberto’s Bed & Dine in Butuan City and March 27, 2018 at Phil. Gateway Hotel in Surigao City. In his welcome message, Board Secretary Earl D. Dela Victoria emphasized the importance of productivity in the success of every business.
