Key Duties, Responsibilities and Authorities:
  1. Directs the formulation of policy guidelines and standards on the promotion of productivity, gainsharing, and other related areas;
  2. Oversees the development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of advocacy materials and strategies on productivity improvements and gainsharing training programs/ courses;
  3. Oversees the development, formulation and implementation of planning framework as basis in formulating the NWPC/RBs strategic and annual work and financial plans;
  4. Directs the development and implementation of information system plan to facilitate service delivery and communication strategies and plans to promote the NWPC programs and projects;
  5. Networks and collaborates with partners and stakeholders in the exercise of its functions;
  6. Renders general supervision and evaluates performance of the staff; and
  7. Maintains linkages with other offices of the Department and other external entities.
