In line with NWPC’s employee engagement program, all its divisions were encouraged to conduct “e-Kamustahan” sessions at least once a month. The activity aims to strengthen teams, re-establish connection with peers and discuss work, health and safety-related issues especially in the midst of the pandemic.

The first “e-Kamustahan” session was done by the Planning and Information Division (PID) on September 16, followed by the other divisions.
