The NWPC Employees Association elected its new set of officers on February 22, 2018 with Michelle Irish D. Mackay as President; Jerome P. Lucas, Vice President; Loraine D. Cerillo, Secretary; Meropil Apple A. Mandia, Treasurer; Francis Michael G. Atangan, Auditor; and Christopher F. Rodriguez, Public Relations Officer.

During the oathtaking ceremonies on 12 March 2018, they pledged to uphold the welfare of the NWPC employees until the end of their term in 2022.
