Mr. Justin C. Pagaduan, Labor and Employment Officer I, was sworn into office by Executive Director Maria Criselda R. Sy during the flag raising ceremony on January 29, 2018 at the NWPC Conference Room. Mr. Pagaduan graduated cum laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration from the University of the Philippines Diliman.
