The NWPC launched its chatbot on July 08, 2020 as part of its online artificial intelligence service to help the public with concerns on wages and productivity. The NWPC chatbot can be accessed through its Facebook’s messenger service.  It is designed to provide quick answers to queries on current minimum wage rates in a particular region/area, productivity training and technical services that MSMEs can avail, and learning session offerings for the year, while other labor and employment concerns are referred to the DOLE Hotline 1349 and/or concerned DOLE agencies. Users have the option to choose their preferred medium of communication to cater to different demographics.
