The NWPC’s Policy and Research Service spearheaded a round table discussion on the proposed amendments to RA 6971 “Productivity Incentives Act of 1990” at the Sheraton Manila Bay Hotel on December 3, 2019.

Inputs from the Department of Budget and Management, Department of Trade and Industry, Department of Finance, Department of Science and Technology, Technical Education and Skills Development Authority, National Conciliation and Mediation Board, Bureau of Working Condition, Bureau of Internal Revenue, Development Academy of the Philippines, Employers Confederation of the Philippines, and Federation of Free Workers were gathered to ensure higher levels of productivity and continuous promotion of shared responsibility and gains among workers and enterprises.
