RTWPB-10 strengthens productivity and service excellence among Bukidnon MSMEs

The RTWPB-10 continues to intensify its commitment to boosting the productivity and competitiveness of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Bukidnon through a series of capacity-building activities held on October 9–10, 2025.

Empowering café workers through service excellence

On October 9, 2025, RTWPB-10, in collaboration with Café Clotilde and its partner Keopi Mimi, conducted an in-house training focused on enhancing service quality and building customer advocacy.

About ten (10) baristas, crew members, and staff from both establishments participated in the session, which aimed to equip them with techniques to minimize service errors and elevate customer experiences.

“Giving quality service is not just about delivering what we promise but making customers genuinely feel our care,” shared Mr. Kit Gary Tapulgo, barista at Café Clotilde.

“Through this training, we will ensure that every cup comes with quality, warmth, and care,” added Mr. Jaireh James U. Pahalla, Proprietor of Café Clotilde.

The activity strengthened the participants’ understanding of service excellence, emphasizing the importance of customer satisfaction, engagement, and loyalty as vital components of business sustainability.

 

Building workplace discipline and efficiency through the 7S of Good Housekeeping

The RTWPB-10, in coordination with the local government units of Maramag, Quezon, and Don Carlos, conducted a Productivity Training on 7S of Good Housekeeping in Maramag, Bukidnon on October 10, 2025.

The training was divided into three sessions led by Ms. Cecilia C. Arañez, Labor and Employment Officer III; Ms. Loudette Mae Aleli G. Uy, Administrative Assistant I; and Mr. Nicolo Lorenzo P. Cano, Administrative Assistant III. Mr. Jose Lestil C. Guilaran, Administrative Aide III, served as the host of the event.

Approximately fifty (50) participants representing various MSMEs attended the training, which focused on workplace organization techniques designed to promote cleanliness, safety, and efficiency — key drivers of productivity and operational excellence. (Loudette Mae Aleli G. Uy)
