RTWPB IV-A held its first E-Kapihan Session for the year via Zoom this February 17, 2022. The E-Kapihan Session: Creating Fit for the Purpose Compensation Package in the Time of Covid was attended by 115 participants mostly from MSMEs in Calabarzon.

The resource speakers were Mr. Bearwin Meily of Corny Doggy and Mr. Paolo Tesico of PBrands Business Consultancy Services. Mr. Meily is also a well-known comedian actor, TV host and vlogger. Direk Tesico is an expert and trusted name in branding industry and also a former film director. They both shared their experiences and strategies as successful entrepreneurs to help MSMEs in develop their own compensations schemes.

Conceptualized by NWPC, the E-Kapihan Sessions feature good practices in designing compensation packages to achieve organizational goals. They are about
