RTWPB IX joined the Department of Labor Regional Office IX in the celebration of the “Araw ng mga Kasambahay declared under RA 10361.

This year’s theme: “Protecting the Safety and Health of Domestic Workers Amidst the COVID-19 Situation” stresses the role of domestic workers in protecting themselves and their employers especially during health crisis.

Atty. Raphael James Dizon of RTWPB-IX conducted a learning session on Work-Life Balance for Domestic Workers. The Board also provided participants with PPEs and hygiene kits to keep them safe at work during the pandemic. The event was attended by 60 domestic workers.

A talent competition KASAMBEST: Battle of the Best – Year 2 capped the event, with Atty. Dizon as one of the judges.
