Butuan City – Five 5 micro, small, and medium enterprises, assisted by the RTWPB–XIII (Caraga), signed a Memorandum of Agreement with the DOLE Caraga under the DOLE Adjustment Measures Program (DOLE AMP) on 5 August 2025 in Butuan City, Agusan Del Norte.
The DOLE AMP aims to deliver tailored support and assistance to mitigate the adverse impacts of economic disruptions, ensuring a more resilient and adaptive workforce and business environment.
The beneficiaries who attended the ceremonial MOA signing are
1) Sta. Rosa Enterprises;
2) Diatagon Catholic High School, Inc.;
3) Echostar Autoparts Repair Services;
4) Gold Bar N’ Grill; and
5) Sarah Guarte Cakes and Pastries Shop.
Newly installed Assistant Regional Director Fatima Quorayce L. Bataga hopes that the financial aid provided through the DOLE AMP will bolster their business growth and create additional job opportunities in the region.
DOLE Caraga Regional Director and RTWPB-XIII Chairperson Atty. Jason P. Balais thanked the beneficiaries for their interest and commitment to the DOLE AMP. He also expressed his gratitude to RTWPB Caraga for their continued assistance and collaboration in implementing the program.
Fayga Uniza Bagnol, owner of Sarah Guarte Cakes and Pastries Shop, expressed her deepest gratitude to DOLE Caraga and RTWPB Caraga for the opportunity given to her and her business. “Earning the title of regional winner and national nominee of the 2025 Productivity Oympics has opened new doors for expanding and strengthening my business, that is why I am thankful to RTWPB Caraga and DOLE Caraga,” Ms. Bagnol added.
Since its implementation in 2024, RTWPB Caraga has assisted a total of 27 MSMEs in availing the financial grant under the DOLE AMP. (Atty. Lorainne D. Sacote)
